I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom it is very much appreciated. Below is a guide of what you can expect from the service and an outline to how we operate.

Some important info for you

You have now been added to our regular scheduled window cleaning round.

Ongoing cleans will be at the advised frequency weekly intervals. We ask for some leeway here, such as bank holidays or Christmas time causes delays in the round frequency.

If you require additional services such as conservatory roof cleaning or fascia cleaning please get in touch via Whatsapp or SMS on 07490486272.

You will receive a text message the evening before your scheduled clean requesting rear access via your unlocked gate. Failure to leave access may result in only the front windows being cleaned at full cost. You will receive a message from me between 5pm and 7pm the evening before the scheduled clean.

Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, if you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive, staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frames on your windows, pure water will not be effective at removing these, please notify us when we contact you to arrange your first clean.

Once your clean has been completed you will receive an email or text confirming this. Our preferred payment method is an automated online payment system via GoCardless. Upon completion of your clean money will be requested and is debited 3-5 days after each clean. Initial sign up to the online payment method takes 1-2 minutes and is secured by the Direct Debit guarantee. You can sign up below.

When signing up to our 5 or 10 weekly schedule, you are committing to a minimum of 3 cleans. If you cancel before the third clean we reserve the right to bill you for the remaining clean(s).

Just a few points I’d like to make you aware of: 

  • Our pure water system works in nearly all weathers, therefore weather conditions are not an acceptable reason for postponing our services. We offer an all year round regular service. We will clean your property in all weather conditions including rain and very low temperatures. High winds and deep snow do affect our services & schedule.If for any reason you’re not completely happy with the results when cleaned on a wet day or any other aspect of our work, please let me know within 24 hours, and I will call back and re-clean free of charge.
    Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows. Your windows will be left to dry naturally and will leave a streak free finish. Please do not be tempted to dry the windows after we have left as this will not leave optimal results.
  • Window cleaning prices are set for regular 5 or 10 weekly cleaning cycles. If you require a one off clean please get in touch via Whatsapp or SMS on 07490486272.
  • Cancellations on the day of the scheduled window clean will be charged in full, the reason for this is it leaves us no time to replace you on the day’s worksheet.
  • Our first clean surcharge is to cover extra time taken to get your windows and frames up to a good standard. A first clean can take up to twice as long as regular maintenance cleaning so this is the reason for the extra charge.
  • If you do spot any issues with the clean after I have left, please let me know within 24 hours and I will be happy to come back and rectify the issue free of charge.
